Hello today I speak of Casa Batlló in Barcelona, a house museum built by Antoni Gaudi between 1904-07, special, unique, yet beautiful, both inside and out. Every detail is amazing, even the door handles. 

Externally the balconies reminiscent of the mouths, and the pillars the bones, the roof and the facade reminiscent of the sea, the wave and the mosaics that cover the roof reminiscent of the scales of a dragon. Even the back side, the one that overlooks the garden is reminiscent of the sea, but it is less particular. Internally going up the stairs at the entrance leads to the upper floors, some for the visitors, other rented from other people. Each room is different, but with the typical sinuous line of Art Nouveau. In the first room you can find a fireplace that looks like a mushroom, all the ceilings are decorated with lines, next to the elevator there is a whirlwind with shades of blue, while in the top floor we find a room that resembles the ribcage of whales, thanks to the buttresses, and much more. You can also access to the roof/terrace and see the "scales" and the chimneys  which are also decorated and very special. 

Barcelona is really a beautiful city, especially thanks to the works of Antoni Gaudi, but I think this home is one of the most beautiful, you must see. In the cost of the ticket is included also the audio-guide that leads you along the way, making you discover all the details of the house.

Ciao oggi vi parlo di Casa Batllò a Barcellona, una casa museo costruita da Antoni Gaudì tra il 1904-07, particolare, unica nel suo genere, ma bellissima, sia dentro che fuori. Ogni particolare è curato nel minimo dettaglio, anche le maniglie delle porte.

Esternamente i balconi ricordano delle bocche, e i pilastri delle ossa, il tetto e la facciata ondosa ricordano il mare e i mosaici che ricoprono il tetto ricordano delle squame di drago. Anche la facciata posteriore, quella che da sul giardino interno ricorda il mare, ma è meno particolare. Internamente salendo lungo la scala all'ingresso si accede ai piani superiori, alcuni visitabili, altri affittati da delle persone. Ogni stanza è diversa, ma con una linea sinuosa tipica dell'Art Nouveau. Nella prima sala è possibile trovare un caminetto che ricorda un fungo, tutti i soffitti sono decorati da linee, accanto all'ascensore si trova una tromba d'aria per la luce con sfumature dal blu all'azzurro, mentre all'ultimo piano troviamo una sala che ricorda la cassa toracica delle balene grazie ai contrafforti e molto altro ancora. Si può anche accedere  al tetto/terrazza e vedere da vicino le "squame" e i camini anch'essi decorati e molto particolari. 

Barcellona è davvero una bella città, soprattutto grazie alle opere di Antoni Gaudì e secondo me questa casa è una delle opere più belle, assolutamente da vedere. In più nel costo del biglietto è compresa l'audio-guida che ti conduce lungo il percorso, facendoti scoprire tutti i particolari della casa.
