Forte di Bard

Hi everybody, how are you? How is this period going? Today I take you back to the Valle d'Aosta to the Forte di Bard, a fortified complex on a rock from the House of Savoy, the current seat of various exhibition spaces. There are permanent exhibitions such as the museum of the alps or prisons and temporary exhibitions, often related to photography. A funicular will take you to the top as an alternative to a nice walk (which maybe you should go downhill), maybe you have already seen it in a scene in the movie Avengers: Age of Ultron?!? In my opinion it is very beautiful from an architectural point of view, less inside, it depends a lot on what exhibitions there are when you go there. The nice thing is that if you have the Piedmont or Lombardy museum pass, everything is included, both the exhibitions and the fort, otherwise you can either choose only what interests you, or choose a cumulative ticket or one that includes everything at cost of 24 €.

Ciao a tutti, come state? Come sta andando questo periodo? Oggi vi riporto in Valle d'Aosta al Forte di Bard, un complesso fortificato su una roccia da Casa Savoia, sede attuale di vari spazi espositivi. Esistono mostre permanenti come il museo delle alpi o le prigioni e mostre temporanee, spesso legate alla fotografia. Una funicolare vi condurrà fino alla cima in alternativa ad una bella passeggiate (che magari vi conviene percorrere in discesa), magari l'avete già visto in una scena nel film Avengers: Age of Ultron?!? Secondo me è molto bello dal punto di vista architettonico, meno all'interno, dipende molto da che mostre ci sono nel momento in cui ci andate. La cosa bella è che se avete l'abbonamento musei del Piemonte o della Lombardia è compreso tutto, sia le mostre, sia il forte, altrimenti potete o scegliere solo quello che vi interessa, oppure scegliere un biglietto cumulativo o quello che comprende tutto al costo di 24 €.
